An efficient route for the synthesis of unsymmetrical biaryls was developed via palladium catalyzed reaction of arenediazonium salts and aryl sulfinates under inert atmosphere. This synthesis involves cascade processes. Tetrabutylammonium iodide was used as an iodide source for in situ formation of aryl iodide, followed by desulfinylative cross-coupling reaction between aryl sulfinates and aryl iodides. A wide range of biaryls were selectively prepared in one pot from simple substrates in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

为研究光固化3D打印成形技术及其材料配方对光敏聚酰亚胺摩擦学性能的影响,分别采用光固化3D打印技术和传统涂膜成形对比评价了几种光敏型和热固型聚酰亚胺的摩擦学性能、热稳定性及机械性能等. 研究表明:为适应光固化3D打印成形需要而加入的活性稀释剂和交联剂对光敏聚酰亚胺的机械性能具有提升作用,但削弱了减摩抗磨和耐热性能;相较于涂膜成形的热固性聚酰亚胺,3D打印样品的耐热性能降低,摩擦系数升高了0.08,磨损率增加了9×10?6 mm3/(N·m). 尽管光固化3D打印聚酰亚胺的减摩抗磨性能低于热固成形聚酰亚胺,但基于光固化3D打印技术的一体成型、高精度和自由制造等诸多优势,对实现高性能及复杂结构精密润滑器件的一体化智能制造具有重要的工程意义.   相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) heterostructured molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is used as base materials for aniline monomer in situ polymerization on its surface. It is found that the aniline addition has a remarkable effect on the energy storage of the final compounds due to the improvement of the conductivity and structure stability combined with the synergistic effect between the two types of species. The optimal compound of PANI@MoS2-150 not only shows a high capacitance value of 801.4 F ⋅ g−1 at a current density of 0.5 A ⋅ g−1 but also provides a high retention rate of 77.4 % after 10,000 cycles. The capacitance fading may be due to the increase of the internal resistance analyzed by EIS. Furthermore, a flexible symmetric supercapacitor based on PANI@MoS2-150 has also been fabricated and the specific capacitance reaches 105 F ⋅ g−1 at a current density of 1 A ⋅ g−1. Impressively, the capacitance retention is larger than 100 % undergoing 10,000 cycles. Besides, the highest energy density of 21 Wh ⋅ kg−1 was obtained. Additionally, the fabricated symmetric supercapacitor demonstrates excellent flexibility.  相似文献

As a famous traditional Chinese formula, Danshen Decoction has the potential to relieve the pain of pulmonary arterial hypertension patients, however, the functional components remain unknown. Herein, we reported a method to screen the functional components in Danshen Decoction targeting endothelin receptor A, an accepted target for the treatment of the disease. The receptor was functionalized on the macroporous silica gel through an epidermal growth factor receptor fusion tag and its covalent inhibitor. Using the affinity gel as the stationary phase, the bioactive compound was identified as salvianolic acid B by mass spectrometry. The binding kinetic parameter (dissociation rate constants kd) of salvianolic acid B with the receptor was determined via peak profiling. Using the specific ligands of the receptor as probes, the binding configuration prediction of salvianolic acid B with the receptor was performed by molecular dynamics simulation. Our results indicated that salvianolic acid B is a potential bioactive compound in Danshen Decoction targeting the receptor. This work showed that receptor chromatography in combination with molecular dynamics simulation is applicable to predicting the binding kinetics and configuration of a ligand to a receptor, providing crucial insight for the rational design of drugs that recognize functional proteins.  相似文献

In recent twenty years, aggregation-induced emission (AIE), due to its excellent application prospect, has aroused widespread interests. The development of novel and easy to make AIE luminogens (AIEgens) is an attractive subject. For this purpose, it's very important to study the structure-property relationship of AIEgens. Because azine derivatives are easy to synthesis and some of them have nice AIE properties, herein, a series of azine derivatives (ADs) were employed as models to study the influence of different functional groups, electronic effects and structures on the AIE properties of azine derivatives. The AIE mechanism were studied by single crystal analysis, density functional theory (DFT) calculations and so on. The results indicated that the o-hydroxyl aryl substituted azine compounds could show good AIE properties. Meanwhile, the AIE properties of o-hydroxyl aryl substituted azine compounds were also influenced by the electronic effects of the aryl groups in the azine compounds. The o-hydroxyl groups could form intramolecular hydrogen bond with imine group, which play key role to restrict the intramolecular rotation of the aryl groups and act as base stone for the AIE process of this kind compounds. The HOMO-LUMO energy gaps of o-hydroxyl substituted azine are smaller than other homologous compounds, which is agree with the proposed AIE mechanism. Finally, thanks to the AIE properties, the o-hydroxy-substituted azines could be used as efficient Al3+ and Cu2+ fluorescent chemosensors in different conditions. In addition, test strips based on AD10 has been prepared, which can conveniently detect Cu2+ in industrial wastewater. This research supplied a way for the design of novel easy to make AIEgens through simple azine derivatives.  相似文献

Synthesis and functionalization of novel macrocyclic host molecules are important topics in supramolecular chemistry. In this work, the first amphiphilic [2]biphenyl-extended pillar[6]arene (AM-[2]BP-ExP6) was designed and synthesized with poly(ethylene glycol) chains as the hydrophilic tails and a rigid cavity as the hydrophobic core. Due to its amphiphilic nature, AM-[2]BP-ExP6 could self-assemble to stable fibers in water. What's more, AM-[2]BP-ExP6 could associate with quaternary ammonium modified tetraphenylethylene guest (QTPE) to form a 2:1 host-guest complex, accompanied by significant enhanced fluorescence. Interestingly, different like AM-[2]BP-ExP6, AM-[2]BP-ExP6⊃QTPE host-guest complex self-assembled into fluorescent particles with diameter about 310 nm, the obtained fluorescent particles can be further employed in living cell imaging.  相似文献

Thin films of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) were prepared on glass and silicon using a dip-coating technique, followed by removal of the decahydronaphthalene solvent at 140?°C for 20?hours and cooling in the oven in air. The wetting ability of the films was investigated by a contact angle method. The tribological behavior of the films was investigated using a ball-on-disk configuration in reciprocating mode. The reciprocating frequency of 4?Hz and single sliding distance of 5?mm used corresponded to a sliding speed of 40?mm/s. The counterface was a GCr15 steel ball with diameter of 3?mm and the normal frictional loads were 10–300?g. The worn surfaces on the films and wear scars on the steel ball were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the surface morphologies of the films on glass and silicon were different, which is ascribed to the difference in thermal conductivity of the glass and silicon. Evaporation of the solution caused micro-orifices in the films on glass. The water contacting angle of about 87° on the films on the two substrates was similar to that of bulk UHMWPE. Their friction coefficient of about 0.1–0.2 indicated the films were self-lubricating. The wear life of the films decreased quickly with the increase of friction load. At light friction loads, the films showed excellent wear resistance. Extrusion was believed to be the main wear mechanism of the films.  相似文献
